The highest finishing 1st or 2nd team from this league will be eligible to be promoted into North A (if eligible and one of the best 2 records of NRR from Scottish 1A, Northern 1A and Midlands 1A), or, into South A (if eligible and one of the best 2 records of NRR from South Eastern 1A, Western 1A and Midlands 1A). Bottom 2 teams relegated. Team finishing in 4th position may be relegated depending on relegation of teams from the tier above.
