League Notes

Promotion & Relegation

All fixtures must be completed by league deadline listed in Appendix 3 on Rules & Regulation page. Results Submission Deadline is 23:59 of the day following the league deadline. A transition will take place at the end of the 2016/17 season to move to a standard ‘Premier North’ and ‘Premier South’ format, with the standard five Tier 1 leagues below of Scottish 1A, Northern 1A, Midlands 1A, Western 1A and South Eastern 1A. Teams not promoted out of each current ‘regional’ Premier League will drop in to their relevant Tier 1 league. The remaining places available in each Tier 1 league would be taken up by the top two finishers from each of the current 1A and 1B leagues. All other teams will be relegated. There will be no promotions. All teams to Trophy knockout, played during the league programme. The BUCS Office reserves the right to amend knockout qualification and promotion/relegation details if required.
