Promotion & Relegation

All fixtures must be completed by league deadline listed in Appendix 3 on Rules & Regulation page. Results Submission Deadline is 23:59 of the day following the league deadline. Top 4 teams to compete in the Championship (See Appendix 3 for Championship Dates). A transition will take place at the end of the 2015/16 season to move to a standard ‘Premier North’ and ‘Premier South’ format, with the standard five Tier 1 leagues below of Scottish 1A, Northern 1A, Midlands 1A, Western 1A and South Eastern 1A. To create the Premier South league, the top 3 teams from Premier Western and Premier South Eastern will be automatically promoted. To create the Premier North league, the top 2 teams from Premier Northern and Premier Midlands will be automatically promoted, with the 3rd placed teams from Premier Northern and Premier Midlands plus the 1st placed team from Scottish 1A league playing off for the other 2 available positions in the new Premier North league. The remaining teams not promoted out of each current ‘regional’ Premier League would drop in to their relevant Tier 1 league. The BUCS Office reserves the right to amend knockout qualification and promotion/relegation details if required.
