Bedford unable to field a team and concceded the walkover on Tuesday due to lack of players. Contact was made on the morning and was given the rest of the day to try and get players together at 1030am, they came back at 1110 to say that they would definitely not get a team together and were happy to concede the walkover. Uncontested scrums and player matching were offered in a phone call.
